2. Strategy Competition Rules

NHL Sport Canada provides fantasy sports strategy competitions. The outcome of all challenges depends on user decisions, player selection, and the strategic management of fantasy teams. Specifically:

  • Points are compiled strictly based on real-world statistical outputs during matches.
  • All roster selections must be completed and submitted prior to the designated lockout period for each league.
  • We do not guarantee scoring outcomes, player availability, or the consistency of real match schedules.

3. Acceptable Use and Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to use the platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any form of collusive roster configuration, scripting, automated data scraping, or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access.

4. Exclusions & Limitations of Liability

Our platform and all fantasy materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NHL Sport Canada does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free scoring tracking. To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our strategy challenges.

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising from your use of the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
